Because of its non-invasive nature and relative low maintenance, fescue is a popular choice of grass for lawns all across the country. However, after a long and hot summer, your fescue lawn can begin to look worn down and sparse. Luckily, the warm days and cool nights of the fall provide us with perfect weather conditions to rejuvenate our fescue lawns. Fescue requires annual reseeding since it doesn't regerminate on its own.

This program includes:

Pre-emergent Weed Control
Post-emergent Weed Control
Fertilization (granular and/or liquid applications)
Free Service Calls

Applications performed every 4-6 weeks

Treatments start during the January-February months and end during November & December. The timing of applications is based on climatic conditions such as rain, wind, and temperatures.

Winter / Early-Spring: A liquid post-emergent for the control of existing winter grassy weeds & broadleaf weeds. Plus a liquid pre-emergent to prevent & control annual summer weeds such as crabgrass.

Late Winter / Early-Spring: A liquid post-emergent for the control of existing winter grassy weeds & broadleaf weeds. Plus a liquid pre-emergent to prevent & control annual summer weeds such as crabgrass. Some turf will receive a balanced application (liquid or granular) fertilizer to help with spring green up.

Spring: An application (liquid or granular) of a balanced slow-release fertilizer. Plus a liquid treatment for grassy & broadleaf weeds.

Early Summer: A granular application of a balanced slow-release fertilizer. Plus a liquid spot treatment for grassy & broadleaf weeds as needed.

Summer: A granular or liquid application of a balanced slow-release fertilizer. Plus a liquid spot treatment for grassy & broadleaf weeds as needed.

Late Summer: A granular or liquid application of a balanced slow-release fertilizer. Plus a liquid spot treatment for grassy & broadleaf weeds as needed.

Early Fall: Liquid pre-emergent and post-emergent control for winter weeds & broadleaf weeds. Fescue turf received balanced slow-release fertilizer.

Late Fall / Early Winter: A second liquid pre-emergent and post-emergent control for winter weeds & broadleaf weeds. Fescue turf received balanced slow release fertlizer.
